At Papa Prints, timely and intact delivery is of utmost importance. That's why we dispatch all orders using a next working day courier service, depending on the weight and value of the product ordered. Nearly all products are printed and dispatched the next working day, but you can check the product page banner for specific dispatch turnaround times. For example, if you order a 24-hour product before midnight on Monday, it will be printed and dispatched on Tuesday and scheduled for delivery on Wednesday using our standard production speed. Please note that Papa Prints does not currently offer guaranteed delivery service.
Please ensure that your artwork corresponds to the number of printed sides you have requested. Double-check that you have selected the correct number of sides and that your artwork matches this. If we notice any discrepancies, we will try to contact you before proceeding with the order.
If your artwork is of poor quality or the wrong size, we may not be able to produce the best possible results. If we have concerns about your artwork, we will try to contact you to see if you can provide better quality artwork. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the finished product.
To avoid delivery issues, please provide us with a complete address, including house name/number and postcode. We need this information to ensure that your order is delivered to the correct location.
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, including standard and express delivery. Our standard delivery service is dispatched using a next working day courier, and most products are printed and dispatched the next working day. For express delivery, we offer a range of options depending on your location and the weight and size of your order.
We deliver to Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Please note that some areas may incur an additional charge or longer delivery time, and we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries if the recipient is not present to receive the item.
We provide tracking information for all orders, so you can stay up to date with the status of your delivery. You will receive an email or SMS message (if a mobile number is provided) with the estimated time of arrival of your items to ensure you are available to receive them.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@papaprints.co.uk to report any damages and provide a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and any claims against the courier. We may require the damaged product's return, in which case we will arrange return shipping. We will then replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.
Please note that while Papa Prints does everything within its ability to get your order printed and dispatched on time, once the order has left our premises, we have no control over delivery and cannot be held responsible for orders not arriving on time. Additionally, no refund will be given for late deliveries, so please take this into account when placing your order with a tight deadline.
